The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious — we received so many compliments from our guests. Their team made feeding over 200 people feel completely manageable and surprisingly affordable. The Kyo Sushi team was professional, attentive, and an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. If you’re in Redlands or the surrounding area, I highly recommend them for any catering needs. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Small, intimate, cozy, very good customer service! My wife and I have been trying to find a good sushi place (little hole in the wall) since Zutto's went out of business in 2020. This place has surpassed every other Sushi spot we've gone to. The Fantasy Roll by far was our favorite (recommended by our server who was on it and had great customer service with us - unfortunately we didnt get her name!) and is the best roll to end the night on. Absolutely our new favorite spot and will be returning!"

"Without a doubt this is the best sushi I’ve had in the IE! The ingredients were utterly fresh and everything melted in our mouths! They’ve got a great selection of beers, Sapporo, Kirin Ichiban, Orion and Asahi, and a dozen or so delicious rolls to choose from! Our favorite was the yellow tale, it was the most simple roll we ordered, which let the flavor of the fish shine. But everything was excellent! The staff is so friendly, patient, and genuinely nice. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning!"

"I found Kyo Sushi on Google maps, read the menu and saw the “avocado bombs” and decided to head there immediately. It did not disappoint!! The food was absolutely delicious! I wish I would’ve tried more food but I was definitely too full! I definitely recommend the baked salmon roll. It’s a small restaurant but it’s soooo good! The staff were amazing too!! Definitely coming back!"

"I’ve been wanting to try this place since seeing the “grand opening” banner a few months ago. This place truly did not disappoint!! Every single dish was so full of flavor and I love the elegant touch of the orchids for presentation. There were so many yummy options to choose from! We opted for the Bento Boxes we were so happy with our choices and completely devoured it! We like the variety of choices and every single item was super tasty. It was more expensive than the other sushi place we frequent in Redlands but we can say that this was definitely worth the price for the flavors, taste, and generous portion size. Would absolutely get this again and recommend the combo bento box if you’re really hungry or have a large appetite. The yellowtail carpaccio was delightful although we’ve had better versions with more flavorful sauce. The baked salmon roll was amazing and absolutely perfect. I wish I had more space for it but we ended up taking half of it home because we were so stuffed! The food here is great and we will definitely be back again and recommend it to others Service was great. Our server was friendly & efficient. Not a very long wait for our main courses. She checked up on us throughout our meal. The atmosphere was simple and cozy. The booths were pretty small and tight since we are pretty tall. But I’m sure it would be just right for most average-size adults or the average Asian frame. There were mostly booth seats and the center row had tables with chairs with sushi bar seating. Probably won’t be lots of seating for large parties at the same time."

"Honestly, this place is amazing. The rolls are HUGE and so filling, and every bite is packed with flavor — easily some of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had. The nigiri was just as good, with big, super fresh pieces of fish. I left feeling totally satisfied. The service was also awesome — everyone was so nice, and you can really see how much care the sushi chefs put into each plate. It’s rare to find a spot this good, and I’m so happy it’s right near us. Such a great dining experience!"
